Service Description

How does the program work? The program consists of two main stages: 1. Preparatory Consultations (3–5 sessions) – optional Before starting the full mentoring program, we provide several personalised consultations to establish a strong foundation: Career and direction mapping: identifying the student’s strengths, interests, and goals. Building trust: parents and students get to know our team and our way of working. Strategy development: selecting the right universities and application pathways. 2. Intensive University Preparation Program (25–30 hours) This stage focuses on strengthening the student’s portfolio, maximising admission chances, and avoiding costly mistakes (e.g. unnecessary exams, irrelevant summer programs, or unsuitable course choices). What does it include? Student mentoring: regular online sessions covering the entire application process. Study and preparation strategy: prioritising subjects, SAT/ACT/TSA/language exam preparation. Application materials: motivation letter, essays, CV – not template-based, but tailored to highlight the student’s strengths. Extracurricular planning: projects, research, leadership roles, volunteering, summer internships. Interview preparation: mock interviews with individual feedback. Real insights: from students who have already gained admission to the world’s top universities. Parent consultations: Regular discussions on critical decisions (e.g. IB vs. A-levels, course choices, optimising costs). Fast support by email or phone for urgent questions. Written summaries and materials specifically designed for parents. Materials and tools: Comparative guides for parents (e.g. IB vs. A-levels, university preferences). Career orientation exercises for the student. Study and career reports.
